Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vectorconsulting.dev (the “Site”) and the related online services we provide, including the contact form and project scoping chat. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms govern Site usage only. Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work or master services agreement) executed between you and Vector Consulting; in case of conflict, that agreement controls for the engagement it covers.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a way that exceeds reasonable use
- Reproduce, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without permission
Project Scoping Chat & AI Output
The project scoping chat is provided as an informational tool. Responses are generated by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Output is not professional advice and does not establish a client relationship. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personally identifying information into the chat.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, and the underlying code — is owned by Vector Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use (including reproduction, modification, or commercial use) requires our prior written permission.
You retain all rights to content you submit through the contact form or chat. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to respond to your inquiry and operate the service.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Consulting and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vector Consulting from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction of Vector Consulting’s principal place of business.
